A Microsoft Accredited Partner is an IT engineer who has passed certain Microsoft exams and received official Microsoft qualifications, guaranteeing that you receive the best technical support available across all Microsoft platforms and products.
We offer free technical support, quotations and consultations over the phone*. For call-outs and on-site technical support we charge a flat fee of £80 per hour (including VAT). For solutions that cannot be implemented on-site and require us to take in your device, such as PC repair or Operating System re-installation, we charge a flat fee of £100 (including VAT) which includes all support work and a complimentary data back-up.
*Consultation for Office 365 implementation and planning is a separate service and pricing may vary.
EEZE-PC currently provides services for the Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and London areas. Our call-out hours 10 am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.
Our services include data retrieval, backup and special services to safely remove old data on computers you might wish to dispose of. We also offer a recycling service for computers, printers, servers, monitors and other equipment.
